While I was in Rochester, my friend Steve took me to a couple of parking lots downtown to take a few photos of the cities from the rooftops. Rochester is a beautiful city. One of my favorite things about it is that, if it weren’t for the modern cars, you probably wouldn’t be able to tell if the photos were taken in 2009 or 1909. December 18th, 2009.
